Last year April/May I did the HCG diet and lost 10 lbs. I put it back on by August. It looks like I took it back off quickly, I don't remember how. I put it back on by January of this year and then another 15 by the time I started this blog. Ugh.
If you create a weight ticker, like mine at the bottom of the page, it will eventually show you your progress, or lack thereof.
